Welcome To The Directorate Of Degree Programme (DDP)

You are heartily welcome to the Directorate of Degree Programmes The Directorate runs Full-Time and Sandwich Degree Programme in Affiliation with Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti and also Professional Diploma in Education programme in collaboration with Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). Our mission is to produce competent graduate teachers in Sciences, Languages, Arts, Social Sciences, Vocational and Technical Education, including Early Childhood and Primary Education, who are worthy in character and in learning. Welcome to the citadel of learning and live wire of internally generated revenue of the College.

About

The Directorate is a Degree awarding centre affiliated with University of Ado-Ekiti (now Ekiti State University). The name was changed from Centre for Sandwich Degree Programme (CESADEP) to Directorate of Degree Programmes (DDP), due to the commencement of Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) and Regular Degree programmes.

Mission/Objectives

To train students to become professional Degree holders in Education

Vision

To be a centre of excellence in establishing an electronic network of relationship among the various stakeholders of the college and the global environment for development.

Achievements

The Directorate has been able to add values to teaching and learning in all ramifications. This has made our graduates worthy in both character and in learning. The Directorate is also a major source of revenue generation for the College and has contributed immensely to the provision of infrastructural facilities for teaching and learning in the College over time.
